The Location is perfect, you may even walk from the Airport, T1 to the Hotel. Tram is just a 2min Walk away to take you Downtown. The Breakfast was a "Full, hot" one- exeptional, especially in France! The Restaurant itself (Lunch/Diner) has a good Offer with fair Prices, maybe except for the Beer which is overpriced from my Sight. Staff is very friendly, no matter of which Departement they're. The Rooms are spacious and clean, only Thing missing has been another Window, as it's not very light inside. But no one can change Architecture afterwards, so nothing to complain about. As you can open the "Door sized" Windows, it improves the inside Air alot, you're not in airconditioned Surrounding all night long, if you don't want to. Bed has been comfortable with crisp, plush Bedding, I slept very well. Thank you, I'll come back again.

The Crowne Plaza Grand Arenas was an outstanding hotel. The professionalism and welcome from the staff was fantastic from the first time we walked through the door. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the standards within the hotel were first class. The breakfast was in a very calm and pleasant locations with many options to both eat and sit (including inside and outside seating). The air-conditioning in the hotel was amazing; set just perfectly around the building and in the rooms to enable a pleasant environment whilst outside temperatures were somewhat warm.

Location was very close(almost adjacent) to the airport and access to all areas of Nice was very simple due to the latest tram line extension just outside hotel with the price of travel very minimal Buy a lines Azur week ticket at 15 euros You van jump on and off all trams and buses at your leisure for the week and can go to just before Monaco at cap d’ai and across to Cannes sur mer all on the ticket including out as far as Menton The tram now goes to port lympia where you can then get the bus (every 15 mins) to Monaco at a €1.50

We stayed here under duress because BA had cancelled our flight at the last minute. The room was comfortable - standard international hotel decor - and pretty spacious. Had a lovely waitress serving us for an enjoyable lunch on the terrace; much jollier than the rather surly staff at the overpriced breakfast.

Elaine

For a transit hotel, the services and accommodation conditions are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is very good both at breakfast and the restaurant's a la carte menu. Everything was fine. We also enjoyed the beautiful executive lounge.
